Pre War
Trevor was a Cadet in the Air Training Corps No. 5 Wings No. 79 Squadron from 6 Jun 1943 until he enlisted in the RAAF proper. He had been promoted to Leading Cadet on 20 Sep 1944. Prior to enlistment Trevor was working for the Post Master General's Department (PMG) as a Telegraaph Messenger. He had achieved 9th Standard at the Claremont State School which her attended from 1939 until 1942.
War Service
On 27 Apr 1945 Trevor enlisted in the RAAF as a Trainee Techician at the Perth based No. 4 RAAF Recruiting Centre. The same day he was posted to No. 5 Personnel Depot RAAF at Subiaco until the next Basic Drill course, No. 303 was accepting students. On 4 May 1945 he was transferred to No. 4 Recruit Depot RAAF to undertake the course, and on completion of it , he was transferred on 8 Jun 1945 to No. 5 School of Technical Training RAAF on Mounts Bay road, Perth.
With hostilities ceasing in August, Trevor was one of the early discharges, being transferred on 10 Sep 1945 to the No. 5 Personnel Depot RAAF prepare for his discharge on 12 Sep 1945.
Post War
In September 1947 Trevor was working on "Store Farm" near Busselton. Electoral Roll entries: 1949 at Bombard street, Applecross, WAGT; 1954 at 161 Fitzroy road, Rivervale, student; 1958 at Groote Eylandt, Northern Territory, agricultural missionary; 1963 at 8 Woonar street, Carey Park, agriculture advisor; 1972 - 1977 at 5 Kidson street, Harvey; 1980 at 14 Casuarina street, Eton, retired.
During 1955 Trevor married Edith Florence Goode in Perth. Daughters Naomi and Ruth, son Paul.
