War Service

George enlisted in the RAAF at the No. 4 RAAF Recruiting Centre on 18 Sep 1943, mustered as a Traine Technical. He was posted the same day to No. 4 Recruit Depot RAAF at Pearce where he participated in Recruit Drill course P.244 before commencing a course at No. 5 School of Technical Training RAAF on 13 Nov 1943
