War Service
Dorothy enlisted at the No. 4 RAAF Recruiting Centre on 30 Jun 1942, mustered as a Sick Quarter Attendant. Posted to No. 3 WAAAF Training Depot RAAF the same day, she undertook a Basic Drill course before being transferred on 24 Jul 1942 to the No. 5 Initial Training School RAAF at Clontarf.
