Jeffrey Wayne Cooper was born in 1957. Genealogical investigation suggest that Mr. Cooper's parents were Jack Cooper (NSW 1856) Eileen May Cooper(nee Allen). His siblings are believed to be a brother Alan John Cooper and a sister Leanne Dorothy Cooper.
Marriage
Jeffrey's wife is believed to be Lynne Cooper who also is memorialised at St. Mary's.
