Dulcie Beatrice Marsh (nee Sheen) was born in Goolmalling on 16 July 1917. Her parents were Fred and Annie Sheen.

Marriage

Dulcie married Vernon Wallace Marsh in 1942. They had two children Valma May and Rex Vernon.

Community Contribution

Dulcie Beatrice Sheen originally lived in Goomalling, and worked as a tailoress in Northam. Her parents were Fred and Annie Sheen. In 1939 Dulcie met Vern Marsh while on holiday in Mandurah, later marrying him in 1942 and moving to the Armadale district. They lived at 33 William Street. Dulcie had two children with Vern: Valma May and Rex Vernon. The family would take their holidays in Mandurah, where Dulcie's parents (the Sheens) lived after 1951.
