War Service
Colville enlisted in the CMF on 17 Feb 1941 and was called up for full time service on 6 Jul 1943. On 14 May 1942 Colville married Madeline Mary (Mollie) McAdam in Fremantle.
On 27 Aug 1943 he was transferred to Western Command Recruit Reception & General Details Depot for discharge as he was considered unfit for the duties of his Corps. Colville was discharged on 30 Aug 1943.
Post War
Electoral Roll entries: 1943 at 20 London Court, Perth, solicitor; 1949 at 74 Mounts Bay road, Perth, solicitor. Mollie died 8 Oct 2011 in Gwelup aged 97.
