In October they were again reorganised, this time their title was 9th Advanced Ordnance Depot and they administered a detachment for the 5th Advanced Ammunition Depot. ZThis detachemtn was absorbed into the 9th Advanced Ordnance Depot in November 1944. With convoy traffic reduced, the depot was downsized to 4 officers and 50 men in January 1945 and it operated at that level until hte end of the war.
