War Service

Alfred enliste part time in the CMF on 7 Mar 1941 and was called up for full time service on 19 Jun 1941, posted to the 7th Heavy Brigade RAA. On 6 Deac 1941 Alf had volunteered to serve overseas On 25 Feb 1942 he was deemed to be qualified as a TG III Range Taker. Post War

During 1953 Alfred married Jean Dorothy Brett in Perth. Jean in Bentley on 22 Mar 2010 aged 89 ? Children were Chris, Jennifer, Robert, Len, Yvonne and Alicia.
