Records are in his WW2 documents and are not digitised and available via Australian Archives. On enlistment was appointed as a 2nd Lieutenant, but by discharge was a Captain.
Also served during WW2 with Reg No. W232646. Enlisted on 26 Jul 1942 and discharged on 3 Aug 1943 having served as a Captain with AASC 13 Mixed Brigade.
