Brief History
This unit began life as the Southern Command Training School at some point before March 1941, possibly in Seymour (Victoria). They were renamed in June to Southern Command Training School (Seymour). Following the Army re-organisation that took place in April 1942, in May they became known as the Second Australian Army Training School. In July 1942 their named changed again, this time to Second Australian Army Junior Leaders School. They remained in Seymour until the end of the war.
