Brief History
A detachment of the 10th Australian Casualty Clearing Station at Milne Bay supplied local medical units and those in the forward lines until July 1943 when it became the Milne Bay Sub Depot. They maintained a detachment at Bulldog and another at Buna. In November 1943 the Milne Bay unit became the 110th Advanced Depot Medical Stores. In June 1944 the reduced activity around Milne Bay allowed the 110th Advanced Depot Medical Stores to return to Australia.
