Brief History
With the 2/1st Australian General Hospital scheduled to leave Western Australia, he 125th AUstralian General Hospital was formed at Merredin in July 1943 to take over their site. However, in November 1943 the 40th Australian Camp Hospital moved to Merredin where it absorbed the 125th Australian General Hospital.
