Marriage
Samuel was married three times, his first wife was Ellen Emma Buckingham, they had one child, Clara Salter born 1876. His second wife was Ellen Elizabeth Salter(nee Gilmore Best) married 1887 in Kelmscott, divorced in 1900. Samuel and Ellen had three children, Minnie born 1888, Bernice Salter born 1890 and died 1890, and Herbert Salterborn 1894 died 1895. Samuel's third wife was Mary Ann Louisa Salter(nee Collier), married in 1901 and registered in Perth. Samuel and Mary had one child Talbot Samuel Salter born 1903.
