Margaret married Walter Alexander Birrell Haynes in 1905. The marriage was registered in West Hampnett, Sussex, England. They had five children; Edward James Courthope Haynes, Betty Margaret Haynes, Mary Suzette Haynes, Kathleen Dorothy Haynes, Michael Courthope Haynes.
