War Service
In July 1941 Vincent had been rejected when he volunteered to join the 2nd AIF. Enlisted at Armadale and taken on strength of the 2nd (Fremantle) VDC Battalion on 22 Mar 1942. Appears to have been discharged on 14 Oct 1943 after 1 year and 201 days service due to his being absent without leave.
Post War
Electoral Roll entries: 1954 - 1958 at Hamel, labourer; 1968 at Seventh street, Harvey, railway worker; 1972 - 1977 at 52 Congdon avenue, Pinjarra, railway worker; 1980 at 121 South West highway, Waroona, retired.
