Pre War
on 1 Mar 1922 Raby Kathleen Chandler had married Robert Mack in Perth. She had completed 7 years of education. Their son Robert Archibald Edwin Mack served in the 2/28th Battalion.
War Service
Raby had enlisted in the Australian Women's Army Service on 18 Mar 1943 in Perth. On 21 March she was transferred to 6th AWS Training Company for basic training and then on 12 Apr 1943 she was posted to the 9th Australian Advanced Ordnance Workshop at Nungarin as a Trade Group III Stores Woman. On 27 Oct 1943 she was transferred back to Perth and the Western Command Recruit Reception & General Details Depot where she was discharged at her own request.
Post War
Electoral Roll entries: 1954 - 1958 at 4 Zoe street, Bunbury; 1977 - 1980 by herself at 16 Deerness way, Armadale.
