Early Life
Alfred Gerald Wright Anderson was born on 27 September 1872 in Warwickshire England. His father was Rev. Ebenzer Anderson and his mother Anne Jane Stamp Anderson (nee Wright).
Marriage
Alfred was married twice. His first marriage to Maia "Emma" Louise Antoinette Trossaert, no date given of divorce. His second marriage to Muriel Alice Newman Anderson (nee Waddell) on 6 July 1915 at Dunedin New Zealand. They had 6 children, Victor Gerald, Charles, Claude, Rudolph, Maia and Joan.
