Daniel Tootal Broadhurst was born in Kilmore Victoria. His father was Robert Henson Broadhurst and his mother was Eliza Kilgoure Broadhurst (nee Beveridge).
Marriage
Daniel married Cora Minna Broadhurst (nee Newman) at St. John's Church in Fremantle Western Australia in 1889. They had 2 sons and 2 daughters.
