Electoral Roll entries: 1936 - 1943 at Albany road, Bedfordale, timber worker. Frederick's paralysis in his right leg was a result of poliomyelitis.

War Service

At Armadale on 15 May 1942, Frederick enlisted in the Volunteer Defence Corps and was assigned to the [[12th (Jarrah) VDC Battalion] who took him on strength on 20 Aug 1942. On 7 Feb 1944 at Pinjarra he was issued with a revised Army number - now 93094. On 31 Jul 1944 he was placed on the Reserve

Post War

Electoral Roll entries: 1949 - 1954 at William street, Armadale, timber worker; 1958 at Manning avenue, Gosnells, timber worker.
