Pre War
On 29 Jan 1920 Percy married Jane Reid (1895 - 1926) at Mallee Dale Farm, Esperance. Jane died on 1 Aug 1926, aged 30. They had a daughter, Sophia Jean Holman (1921 - 1995) and a son Edwin George Holman (1922 - 2012). During 1929 Percy married Ethel Barrow (1895 - 25 May 1965) in Perth. They one child. Ethel died in Kelmscott on 25 May 1965.

War Service
Percy enlisted in the Volunteer Defence Corps at Armadale on 22 Mar 1942 and was allocated to the 2nd (Fremantle) VDC Battalion. He was discharged on 19 Feb 1944.

Electoral Roll entries: 1949 - 1958 at Albany highway, Kelmscott, foreman; 1968 at 5 Fourth (Gilwell) avenue, Kelmscott, retired.
