Early Life
William Edwards Brown was born c1862 at York. (According to the researcher the date was c1861). William was the son of Archdeacon James Brown and Frances Tree Brown (nee Mitchell).
Marriage
William married Martha Matilda Brown (nee Sewell) on 11 November 1891 at Middle Swan, Perth W.A. They had two children Harold and Francis.
Electoral Rolls
According to the electoral roll in 1917 until 1925, William lived at "Brookville", Newcastle Road, Midland Junction. In 1931 William lived at Hines Hill. From 1883 until 1915 William's occupation was the Clerk of Courts in Fremantle. He retired from this post to a farm at Midland Junction and Hines Hill.
Death
William died at the age of 97 years on 6 February 1959.
