Albert Patrick D'Alessio was born in Smyrna Turkey on 16 March 1872. His father, who came for Italy, was Samual Isaac D'Alessio and his mother, who came from Germany, her name was Mary Sophia D'Alessio.

Albert married Winifred D'Alessio (nee Rowe). They were married on 7 Septpember 1905 at St.Peters, Bayswater London. Albert and Winifred has one son John Geoffrey Rowe D'Alessio.
