Pre War
During 1931 Cecil married Dorothy Isobel Hadlow in Katanning (1902 - 1977). Dorothy died in Albany on 5 Jun 1977.They had four children with one being Brian Francis Bailey (1932 - 2010).In addition to farming he also worked as a saw miller.
Electoral Roll entries: 1925 - 1943 at Qualeup, via Donnybrook, farmer.
War Service
Cecil enlisted at Kojonup on 20 Jun 1942 and was taken on strength by the 6th (Albany) VDC Battalion. His services were terminated when VDC Battalions were abolished on 15 Oct 1945.
