George James Pallett was born on 6 November 1907 in Lambeth London. His parents were James and Maude Pallett. He immigrated from England to Australia on 1 December 1967 on the ship "Fairsky"
Marriage
In 1931 George married his 1st wife, Laura I Goodfellow in Southwark London. In 1950 he married his 2nd wife Lily Dorothy Pallett nee Bennett. He was know to have 1 son and 1 daughter.

In 1968 George was awarded an MBE - late: Higher Executive Officer, Home Office.
