Frank is on the roll of a School in 1923 with his address given as Group 33, Peel Estate, Cnr Hopkinson & Orton roads.

On 5 Feb 1943 Frank was promoted Corporal, and on 8 Sep 1944 he was again promoted, this time to Sergeant. Post War
During 1953 Frank married Annie Morcombe (Nance) Folland (1925 - 2000) in Perth. Nance died on 17 Nov 2000, aged 85. They had two children, Margaret and Frank. Electoral Roll entries: 1949 - 1958 at 'The Homestead', Byford, farm assistant; 1963 - 1977 at 'Talga' Toodyay, farmer; 1980 at Lot 500 Jubilee street, Toodyay, farmer.
