Cathleen Roberts (nee Hamilton) was born in England (according to her daughter Joy Roberts) in c1876. Her father was Hugh Hamilton and her mother was Margaret Hamilton (nee Buchan).

Marriage

Cathleen married Stanley Leigh Roberts in Perth 1901. They had three daughters Eileen Marion born 1902, Grace Gwendolyne and Joy (Marjorie Hamilton).

Electoral Rolls

According to the electoral roll they lived on 7 acres on what was originally part of Lefroy Road, later renamed Roberts Road, where their house was built in 1903. After moving to W.A. as a young nurse, she worked in the Kalgoorlie Goldfields during the Typhoid Epidemic.

Death

Cathleen died at the age of 84 years on 11 May 1960.
