Early Life
Denis Owen Price was born on 12 February 1908 at Essex, England. Denis was the son of John Thomas Price and Daisy Price (nee McCombie).
Marriage
Denis married Ivy Rose Price (Fancote), on 30 September 1932 at Kelmscott Congregational Church. They had two children Terrence Owen Price and Lawrence Newton Price.
Immigration
Denis emigrated to Australia with his parents on board the ship "Demos Thenes". They left London on the 3 April 1913.
Community Contribution
Denis played tennis and was active in the community.
Electoral Roll Information
According to the electoral roll in 1936 Denis lived at Bicton, in 1949 he lived at Cranbrook, in 1968 he lived at 968A Albany Highway and 1980 at East Victoria Park. His occupation was a Railway Employer. He was a Station Master at Merredin and also owned a Deli-Newsagency in Fremantle and Victoria Park for nine years.
Death
Denis died at the age of 88 on 14 August 1996 at Kelmscott.
