Bruce's first marriage was to Vera Beales in 1935, who died early at age 24 in 1937. His second marriage was with Olga Jane Anderson.
Family
Bruce and Vera had two children: Alan Bruce Beales and Frances Emily Beales (1937-1937). Bruce and Olga had one child - Janet.
Community Life
A Pioneer. He was a good athlete and a member of the Kelmscott cricket club.
Death
Bruce died on 23 September 1990.
