An application to City of Gosnells by Mrs. Karon Carroll for planting a tree and installing a plaque in memory of her husband at Mary Carroll Park. The plaque reads "This tree was planted to celebrate the life of Dennis David Carroll (5/3/1951-2/9/2008)".
