Remarks

Operated briefly before being transferred to the Australian Navy on 1 Jul 1946. The Australian navy used her to transport stores and heavy equipment until 1948 when she was placed in reserve. HMAS LST 3008 was sold for scrap on 4 Jun 1950, and was scrapped in Sydney.


Armament consisted of 10 x 20 MM anti-aircraft guns.
