History
For King and Empire. Jarrahdale Roll of Honor Unveiled! Under the auspices of the Jarrahdale Soldiers' Welcome Committee, one of the most successful and brilliant of entertainments took place in the Jarrahdale Hall, when the occasion was taken to unveil the beautiful Honor Roll board which has been erected to the memory of the brave lads who have gone out to do "their bit" for King and country, as the very fine monument suggested by the wording above. [1]

are numbered among those who at the call of King and Country, left all that was dear to them, endured hardness, faced danger, and finally passed out of the sight of men by the path of duty and self sacrifice.
Giving up their own lives that others might live in freedom.
Let those who come after see to it that their names be not forgotten.
