87th Australian Camp Hospital

Brief History

The 87th Australian Camp Hospital was to be formed in Queensland in May 1945 to move to Merauke in Dutch New Guinea to relieve the 105th Light Field Ambulance. However, formation was delayed, and then cancelled at the end of the war.
