Built for Pacific & Orient Steam Navigation Co, London. Leased to the Commonwealth until 6 Aug 1917. Refitted at Cockatoo Island Drydock between 1st and 14th October 1915 to transport 1,395 troops. Made at least three voyages from Australia carrying troops.
