Remarks

The Condamine's early service was in Northern Territory waters before spending 1949 in Sydney harbour. 1950 and 1951 were spent in Australian waters before she joined United Nations forces operating in Korean waters in June 1952.

Three days after joining the Korean west coast Task Unit 96.12.4 on 4 Aug 1952 she shelled enemy positions on the Korean mainland, something she later did on a daily basis. In August she was transferred to the Korean east coast and while there she harassed enemy rail movements. Returning to Kure in Japan in September, she had a two week rest before again taking up station on the west coast. Here she was engaged in defence of offshore islands until she had a week's rest in Japan during November before returning to Korea's west coast until 15 Mar 1953.

Returned to Sydney, she underwent a refit before resuming duty in the fleet operating in Australia's east coast waters. Between April and July 1954 she was based in Darwin observing Japanese Pearling Fleet activities. She returned to the far East waters for most of 1955, before returning to Sydney where on 2 Dec 1955 she was paid off to the Reserve. Sold on 21 Sep 1961 she was crapped.
