Her final bombardment task was carried out on 28 Jun 1945, and she departed Torokina for Brisbane on 10 Jul 1945. In August she returned to the Solomon islands to carry out some minesweeping duties and then in New Britain waters during September. In October she returned to Australia for a refit in Brisbane. From January 1946 she carried out minesweeping operations in Australian waters, until 29 Apr 1946 when she entered Sydney harbour one last time. Paid off into reserve on 7 Feb 1947, she was sold for scrap on 20 Feb 1948 to a Japanese company.
