==Remarks==
Built for the Prince Line and operated by them until sold to the Ministry for Transport in 1947 for use as a troopship, and renamed ''Empire Medway''. The ''Eastern Prince'' made one journey from Colombo to Adelaide and return during 1942, and one from Singapore to Sydney via Labuan in 1946.


In 1952 she was withdrawn from serice and sent to the wreckers.
