==Pre War==
On 24 Mar 1934 Reg had married Hazel Doreen Piggott in Perth.

==War Service==
On 26 Apr 1942 Reg enlisted in the Volunteer Defence Corps at Armadale and was allocated to 'H.V' Company of the [[3rd (Swan) VDC Battalion]]. On 28 Feb 1943 he was transferred to the [[2nd (Fremantle) VDC Battalion]] and on 6 Nov 1943 her was allocated a new Army number of W93470 before being discharged on 23 Nov 1943.
