Noel Richard Reynolds was born in Perth on 19 April 1930.  His father was Stanley William Reynolds and his mother Amelia Florence Sketchley.
==Marriage==
Noel married Jocelyn Marjorie Shaw in Perth in 1953.  They had 2 children. 
==Electoral Roll Information==
According to the electoral roll in 1954 Noel lived at Orr Street, Maddington. In 1958 he lived in Queen Street, Gosnells, later moving to Terence Street Gosnells (listed 1968 and 1972) and for 1977 and 1980 he lived at 232 Station Road, Gosnells.


According to the electoral roll his occupation in 1954 was a Linesman, and in 1958 he was a Fixer, in 1968 and 1972 he was a Cartage Contractor.

==Death== 
Noel died at the age of 63 on 6 October 1993.
