Arthur was born in 1904 at Hampstead, London England.

Arthur service in WW2 with the RAAF and his Service No. was 80593.
==Marriage==
Arthur married Mary Ann Judge Flinn (nee Reid) in 1947.  The marriage was registered in Perth.
==Electoral Roll==
According to the electoral roll Arthur lived at Lefroy Road Kelmscott in 1958 and at 3049 Albany Highway Kelmscott from 1968 to 1977.
==Community Contribution==
Arthur was Vice President of the Kelmscott Agricultural Society in 1960-1961 and Secretary 1964-1966, 1968-1969. He was recognised as a "Life Member" of this organisation in 1975.

Flinn Avenue Kelmscott backs onto 3049 Albany Highway Kelmscott, so named after the family.
