Thomas Henry Chedzey was born on 26 February 1907. Harry arrived in Armadale from Moora in April 1930. He settled on the east side of Eight Road, where he lived till 1953. He then moved across the road to where he had built a new house on land that he had cleared and planted a citrus orchard in about 1939.

Early Life
