Located in the grounds of the Kelmscott Congregational Church at 17 Rundle Street in Kelmscott, the Ron Buckingham Memorial Gardens contain 13 memorial plaques. The majority of the memorials are to locals who had been members of the congregation. The plaques can be found installed on concrete plinths at ground level next to the western wall of the Church.
