Gordon Noel Chamberlain was born on 25 December 1916. His birth was registered at Katanning. Gordon's father was Albert Edwin Chamberlain and his mother was Abigail Beatrice Chamberlain.

Marriage

Gordon married Gwenneth Dawn Chamberlain(nee Allen). They had two children Robert and James.

Community Involvement

Graduated from UWA in 1937. Gordon was honoured at the Queens Birthday Honours for Public Service (MBE) on Saturday 16 June 1979. Gordon was among those on expedition to Heard Island Atlantic in 1947.

Death

Gordon died at the age of 88 years of age on 19 August 2004. He was interred at Woden cemetery, Phillip Canberra ACT. Gordon was memorialised at St. Mary in the Valley.
