Brief History
In January 1943 a detachment from 1st Army Ordnance Field Park at Blacktown, NSW left for Western Australia to form the 6th Australian Army Ordnance Field Park at Bushmead. The units role was to support the 6th Infantry Division. The unit then relocated to Midland Junction in April 1943, and it was disbanded in June 1943.
