Charles Edwin Spencer was born in 1868 in Serpentine Western Australia. His parents were Joshua Spencer and Mary Ann Spencer (nee Moore).
Marriage
Charles married Isobel Spencer (nee Waring) in Fremantle, Western Australia in 1901. They had six children: Harold Jack, Vivian Claude Spencer, Roy Vincent Spencer, William, Beryl Iness and Frank Charles Nelson.
