Charles Edwin Spencer was born in 1868 in Serpentine W.A. His parents were Joshua Spencer and Mary Ann Spencer (nee Moore).
Marriage
Charles married Isabella Ellen Spencer (nee Waring) in Fremantle W.A. 1901. They had five children, Harold Jack, Vivian Claude Spencer, Roy Vincent, William and Beryl Iness.
